Host/Hostess – Gaming Marketing (Luxury Resort)

About the role

The Gaming Marketing team at Wynn Al Marjan Island is looking for a dynamic Host/Hostess to deliver premium service to domestic guests, support marketing initiatives and ensure seamless resort experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Executive Host in managing relationships with domestic guests and ensuring their preferences are met.
• Coordinate reservations for accommodation, dining, entertainment, transportation and special amenities.
• Support execution of marketing promotions, loyalty programmes and exclusive events.
• Maintain accurate guest records and service requests in CRM systems.
• Provide frontline support, handling inquiries with professionalism and discretion.
• Collaborate with Gaming Marketing, VIP Services and other resort departments to deliver seamless experiences.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Marketing, Business Administration or related field (preferred).
• 1–3 years experience in hospitality, luxury service or guest relations, preferably in the UAE.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with ability to build rapport with guests.
• Fluency in English; Arabic or other regional languages highly valued.
• Professional demeanor with flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with CRM or hospitality management systems.
