Hotel Cleanliness Expert – Housekeeping Attendant

About the role

We are looking for a Hotel Cleanliness Expert – Housekeeping Attendant to join Marriott’s Le Méridien property in Dubai. In this role you will help create memorable guest experiences by ensuring every guest space is spotless, welcoming and safe.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of guest rooms, public areas and back‑of‑house spaces.
• Respond promptly to guest requests, restock housekeeping carts and replenish supplies.
• Follow safety procedures while moving, lifting and transporting items up to 50 lb without assistance.
• Adhere to Marriott’s quality standards, uniform guidelines and confidentiality policies.
• Collaborate with the housekeeping team to achieve daily operational targets.

Required profile

• Ability to stand, walk or sit for extended periods and perform physical tasks.
• Commitment to a safe workplace and to following company policies.
• Professional appearance and communication skills.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Required skills

• Physical stamina to lift and move objects up to 50 lb.
• Basic knowledge of cleaning equipment and chemicals.
