About the role
The Hotel Cleanliness & Housekeeping Supervisor ensures that guest rooms, public areas and facilities meet the brand’s quality standards. This role supports daily housekeeping operations and acts as a liaison between multiple hotel departments.
Key responsibilities
- Inspect guest rooms, public areas, pool and other spaces after cleaning to verify compliance with quality standards.
- Run sold‑room reports, verify room status, prioritize cleaning tasks and update the status of departing rooms.
- Coordinate with Housekeeping, Engineering, Front Office and Laundry to resolve room discrepancies and communicate changes in assignments.
- Assist management with hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling and coaching housekeeping staff.
- Ensure adherence to safety, security and company policies, reporting any hazards or incidents.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- At least 1 year of related housekeeping experience.
- Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience.
