Food & Beverage Server – Luxury Hotel

About the role

The Food & Beverage Server will deliver warm, efficient service to guests across the hotel’s dining outlets. You will take orders, suggest menu items and ensure every dish and drink meets the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Provide professional, friendly and engaging service at all times.
• Maintain full knowledge of menus, beverage lists, promotions and preparation methods.
• Assist guests with menu selections and answer food‑related questions.
• Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverages.
• Adhere to outlet policies, procedures and service standards.
• Report to work in a clean, pressed uniform with name badge.
• Handle cash and non‑cash transactions accurately and follow safe deposit procedures.
• Participate in pre‑meal briefings and regular meetings to continuously improve guest experience.

Required profile

• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is an asset.
• Highly responsible, reliable and able to work under pressure.
• Team‑oriented with strong interpersonal and problem‑solving abilities.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, kneel and lift up to 20 lb during shifts.
