Housekeeping Assistant

About the role

The Crowne Plaza Dubai Marina is seeking a full‑time Housekeeping Assistant to maintain the high standards of cleanliness and guest comfort across its 273 rooms and public areas. You will work closely with the Housekeeping Ambassador and other team members to ensure every guest experience reflects the brand’s commitment to modern hospitality and Arabian hospitality traditions.

Key responsibilities

• Receive work assignments, keys and supplies, and accurately sign the key log book.
• Vacuum carpets and upholstered furniture, dust and wipe surfaces, and empty ashtrays and wastebaskets.
• Make beds, clean sinks, bathtubs, toilets, tiles, mirrors, floors, and polish brass and metal fixtures.
• Replenish bathroom and room supplies, arrange guest toiletries neatly, and spot‑clean carpets as needed.
• Maintain tidy guest corridors, service pantries and service areas at all times.
• Report any maintenance issues immediately.
• Coordinate with valet service for guest laundry, dry‑cleaning or pressing requests.

Required profile

• Minimum 1–2 years of housekeeping experience in a four‑ or five‑star hotel or comparable environment.
• Ability to work with multicultural teams and communicate effectively in English.
• Strong attention to detail, high performance standards and ability to multitask under deadlines.
• Commitment to quality and guest satisfaction.

Required skills

• Proficiency with housekeeping‑related software tools.
