Housekeeping Attendant

About the role

The Luxury Collection is seeking a Housekeeping Attendant to join its Guest Environment team in Abu Dhabi. You will help create memorable guest experiences by ensuring every room and public area is spotless, well‑stocked, and ready for arrival.

Key responsibilities

• Clean and turn guest rooms, bathrooms, and public spaces according to brand standards.
• Deliver guest requests promptly, including extra amenities and supplies.
• Stock housekeeping carts and replenish supplies throughout the property.
• Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects up to 50 lb without assistance.
• Follow safety procedures, company policies, and confidentiality guidelines.
• Maintain a professional uniform, appearance, and communication style at all times.

Required profile

• Physical ability to stand, walk, and be on your feet for extended periods.
• Capability to handle manual tasks such as lifting and moving items up to 50 lb.
• Commitment to safety, quality standards, and guest privacy.
• Positive attitude and willingness to work in a fast‑paced hospitality environment.

Required skills

• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and proper usage.
• Experience with housekeeping equipment (vacuum cleaners, floor polishers, etc.).
• Ability to follow detailed cleaning procedures and checklists.
