Housekeeping Attendant

About the role

We are looking for a dedicated Housekeeping Attendant to join Accor Hotels in Dubai. The role involves delivering high‑standard cleaning and guest‑service across rooms, public areas and facilities, ensuring every guest experiences a spotless and welcoming environment.

Key responsibilities

• Clean and maintain guest rooms, balconies, bathrooms, restaurants, and public areas according to hotel standards
• Replenish guest supplies and ensure prompt, courteous response to guest requests
• Report any damage, malfunction, or unusual activity to the supervisor
• Maintain housekeeping equipment in clean and working condition
• Prepare daily room and productivity reports for the assigned section
• Attend briefings, meetings and training sessions as required
• Handle lost‑and‑found items, guest complaints and valet services such as linen delivery
• Follow all health, safety, hygiene, fire evacuation and first‑aid procedures
• Adhere to grooming standards and Lost‑and‑Found procedures

Required profile

• Secondary education
• Good knowledge of housekeeping operations
• Strong organizational skills and guest engagement
• Minimum 2 years experience in a luxury hotel environment
