Housekeeping Manager

About the role

Join the luxury InterContinental Ras Al Khaimah Mina Al Arab Resort & Spa as a Housekeeping Manager. You will work closely with the Director of Housekeeping to maintain the resort’s high standards across guest rooms, public areas, and laundry operations.

Key responsibilities

• Support overall housekeeping operations, ensuring guest rooms, public areas and facilities meet luxury standards.
• Lead, motivate and develop the housekeeping team through training, coaching and performance management.
• Manage daily room and public area allocations, inspections and task lists to maintain quality and efficiency.
• Plan team schedules and rosters in line with occupancy levels and operational needs.
• Oversee standards for bedrooms, bathrooms, public areas, linen and cleaning services.
• Supervise laundry operations, maintaining linen standards and controls.
• Coordinate special projects such as deep cleaning, carpet and window cleaning, pest control and room inventories.
• Maintain effective communication with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
