Key responsibilities

• Deliver high‑quality cleaning services for guest rooms, corridors, and public areas.
• Report safety hazards, maintenance issues, and lost‑and‑found items promptly.
• Maintain linen quality and arrange it according to brand standards.
• Keep the trolley and pantry areas clean, tidy, and presentable at all times.

Required profile

• Ability to work under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and excellent communication in English.
• Flexibility to work independently and as part of a team.
