Housekeeping Supervisor

About the role

Bâoli Dubai is a vibrant restaurant, poolside and nightlife venue seeking an experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to lead the housekeeping team and ensure public areas meet the brand’s high presentation and hygiene standards.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and schedule the Housekeeping Attendant team across shifts, ensuring coverage during peak periods.
• Oversee cleanliness and presentation of all public areas, including restrooms, pool deck, cabanas, and guest‑facing spaces.
• Train and mentor housekeeping staff on cleaning standards, procedures, and safety practices.
• Conduct regular inspections of public areas and address gaps before they affect the guest experience.
• Manage stock levels and ordering of cleaning supplies, toiletries, and linen.
• Coordinate with Floor, Maintenance, and Guest Relations teams to resolve cleanliness or facility issues promptly.
• Maintain cleaning schedules and checklists, adjusting for events, peak periods, and day‑to‑night transitions.
• Support onboarding and performance management of housekeeping staff and ensure compliance with hygiene, health, and safety standards.

Required profile

• Minimum 2–3 years of housekeeping experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role within hotels, restaurants or similar hospitality venues.
• Strong leadership and team coordination abilities.
• High attention to detail and consistency in maintaining standards.
• Ability to manage a team in high‑volume, fast‑paced environments.
• Good understanding of hygiene, health and safety regulations.
• Proficient English communication skills.
• Flexible to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
