Housekeeping Supervisor – Luxury Hotel

About the role

Join Sofitel Dubai Downtown, a 5‑star luxury hotel blending French elegance with contemporary sophistication. As a Housekeeping Supervisor you will lead a team of Housekeeping Heartists, ensuring rooms and public areas meet the highest standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily housekeeping operations and guarantee that all designated rooms are prepared according to brand standards and guest requests.
• Coordinate closely with Front Office, Engineering, Food & Beverage, Security and Guest Relations to address usual and unusual guest needs.
• Monitor staff appearance, discipline and efficiency, taking immediate remedial action when required.
• Set performance targets, track productivity and support Heartists in skill development and career progression.
• Ensure proper use of in‑house facilities, equipment and the property management system.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in vocational hospitality, Room Division or equivalent experience.
• 2–5 years of experience in a similar supervisory role within a hotel environment.
• Fluent English communication skills.

Required skills

• Competent use of desktop applications.
• Proficiency with hotel/property management software.
