About the role
Mitrade is seeking a proactive HR & Admin Officer to support daily HR operations and office administration for its Dubai office. The role involves handling employee documentation, visa and work‑permit processes, and ensuring compliance with UAE employment regulations.
Key responsibilities
- Support the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, probation tracking, record maintenance, and off‑boarding.
- Prepare and update employment contracts, offer letters, HR letters, leave and attendance records, and visa/work‑permit files.
- Coordinate work permits, visas, residency, labour cards, medical tests, Emirates IDs, and related government documentation, managing applications, renewals, amendments, and cancellations.
- Monitor HR and statutory deadlines such as contract renewals, visa expiries, and insurance renewals.
- Liaise with external PROs, payroll vendors, insurance providers, recruitment agencies, and authorities to ensure timely processing.
- Assist with monthly payroll input, leave reconciliation, employee data updates, HR reporting, and maintenance of HR/admin trackers.
- Ensure local HR practices align with UAE labour law, company policy, and internal approval processes.
Required profile
- Detail‑oriented and service‑mindset professional with strong follow‑up discipline.
- Good knowledge of UAE employment administration and labour law.
- Ability to work independently while coordinating with regional and global HR teams.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Required skills
- Knowledge of UAE labour law and immigration regulations.
- Experience with employee onboarding, off‑boarding, and HR documentation.
