Tech Recruitment Team Leader – EMEA

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Billing Team Leader / Manager to build and lead a high‑performing tech recruitment desk covering the EMEA region. The role combines personal billings with coaching and growing a team of recruitment consultants, partnering with senior technology stakeholders across Europe.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the growth strategy for the EMEA technology recruitment desk.
• Build long‑term relationships with senior technology leaders and hiring managers.
• Win and deliver high‑value permanent recruitment mandates in software engineering, AI, cloud, data, cyber security and digital transformation.
• Recruit, mentor and develop recruitment consultants, driving performance through KPI management and coaching.
• Maintain strong personal billings while leading the team.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand existing client partnerships.
• Position the desk as a trusted talent partner within the technology sector.

Required profile

• Proven success in technology recruitment, preferably permanent hiring.
• Strong personal billings and business development track record.
• Leadership or mentoring experience in a recruitment environment.
• Deep understanding of the EMEA technology market and hiring landscape.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a hands‑on approach to growth.
