HR Advisor / HR Generalist

About the role

We are seeking an experienced HR Advisor / HR Generalist with strong Oil & Gas / Energy industry background to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The role reports directly to the HR Manager and focuses on delivering comprehensive HR support across the employee lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Provide HR advisory and generalist services to business units.
• Manage employee relations, onboarding, and off‑boarding processes.
• Coordinate payroll, prepare HR reports and maintain accurate employee records.
• Utilise HRMS and ERP systems for day‑to‑day HR operations.
• Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and company policies.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of relevant HR experience.
• Mandatory Oil & Gas / Energy industry experience in the UAE or Middle East.
• Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law and HR operations.
• Hands‑on experience with HRMS/ERP systems.
• UAE driving licence is required.
• Excellent English communication skills.
