People & Culture Agent – Emirati Talent

About the role

The People & Culture Agent (Emirati Talent) supports the Human Resources function by helping create a positive employee experience, maintaining HR processes, supporting employee engagement, and ensuring that people‑related policies and procedures are followed.

Key responsibilities

• Support day‑to‑day HR and People & Culture operations.
• Assist with recruitment, candidate screening, interviews and hiring processes.
• Coordinate employee onboarding, orientation and off‑boarding.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
• Respond to employee queries on policies, benefits, leave and procedures.
• Support employee engagement, recognition and team‑building initiatives.
• Help organise training, workshops and internal HR activities.
• Prepare HR reports, employee data and administrative documentation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in Human Resources, People & Culture or a similar role.
• Experience in recruitment, onboarding, employee relations and HR administration.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and problem‑solving skills.
• High level of confidentiality and professionalism.

Required skills

• Proficiency with HRIS or HR management systems.
• Advanced use of Microsoft Office.
• Familiarity with HR software.
