HR Business Partner Lead

About the role

We are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner Lead to join Bybit’s Dubai office. The role will partner with business leaders to shape people strategy, drive employee engagement and ensure compliance across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with department heads to understand business challenges and employee sentiment, providing HR guidance on onboarding, performance, promotions, disciplinary actions and employee disputes.
• Support workforce planning, succession planning and organizational restructures.
• Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues, conducting thorough investigations.
• Implement people policies, ensuring alignment with legal manpower regulations and reducing legal risk.
• Identify training and executive coaching needs for business units.
• Analyze HR data trends with COE teams to develop programs, policies and solutions.
• Participate in evaluation and monitoring of people programs to ensure effectiveness.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience as an HR Business Partner or in Employee Relations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal, customer service and time‑management abilities.
• Analytical, critical‑thinking and problem‑solving capabilities.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
