HR Governance & MIS Specialist

About the role

The HR Governance & MIS Specialist will support the HR Governance Manager in implementing and maintaining robust governance, compliance and risk frameworks across the HR function, while also assisting the MIS and data analytics team.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in HR risk assessments, monitor and close Key Risk Indicators on the GRC system, and support BRCC meeting documentation.
• Support disciplinary and fraud governance by executing disciplinary actions, maintaining confidentiality, and updating the HR Disciplinary Framework.
• Track and follow up on Corrective Action Plans and audit observations, ensuring timely closure of all HR‑related actions.
• Prepare Central Bank MIS reports, manage the HR group Balance Scorecard, and coordinate KRIs collection across HR departments.
• Support the development, review and amendment of HR policies and procedures to keep them aligned with regulations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in an HR‑related role with exposure to MIS or operational risk management.
• Strong organizational, detail‑oriented and communication skills, with the ability to handle confidential matters.
• UAE national eligibility as specified in the posting.

Required skills

• Experience with data analysis and business data analysis.
• Proficiency in using E‑HR systems.
• Familiarity with GRC (Governance, Risk & Compliance) platforms.
• Ability to produce MIS reports and manage dashboards.
