About the role
We are seeking an HSE Trainer to develop and deliver health, safety and environment training programmes for company personnel. The role involves creating course material, conducting training sessions, and maintaining training resources to ensure compliance with safety standards.
Key responsibilities
- Participate in the development and delivery of HSE training courses and refresher sessions covering personal protective equipment, hazardous substances, permit to work, crane operation, risk assessments and accident investigations.
- Coordinate with the Senior HSE Trainer to schedule training sessions, gather feedback and identify training gaps for course improvement.
- Research external HSE‑focused training providers, evaluate their quality and recommend suitable programmes for integration into the company's training portfolio.
- Maintain and update all HSE training equipment, aids and documentation (manuals, videos, posters, etc.) to keep them current and accurate.
