Process Analyst – AI‑First Student Journey

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Process Analyst to design and build an end‑to‑end AI‑first student journey for our new operation in Dubai. This greenfield role involves creating the “to‑be” process from scratch, supporting multiple geographies and operating environments.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design of the complete student lifecycle – from application through alumni support – using Lean / Six Sigma methodology.
• Identify and quantify automation and Generative AI opportunities, develop evidence‑based business cases, and hand over detailed designs to delivery teams.
• Produce definitive process maps (BPMN or similar) and documentation for the future state.
• Collaborate with operational teams, IT, and senior stakeholders to ensure process‑first, evidence‑led outcomes.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Process/Business Analyst with end‑to‑end redesign in complex organisations.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, comfortable with both frontline staff and senior leadership.
• Analytical mindset with ability to work with process data, cycle times and volumes.

Required skills

• Lean, Six Sigma or equivalent BPM methodology (value stream mapping, root cause analysis, waste identification).
• Hands‑on knowledge of RPA tools such as UiPath, Power Automate or Blue Prism.
• Understanding of Generative AI applications in service and process design.
• Process documentation using BPMN or similar notation.
