About the role

The HSES Specialist applies conceptual knowledge of Health, Safety, Environment and Security (HSES) and operates with a high degree of autonomy. The role blends field‑based activities with business administrative duties in a fast‑moving energy environment.

Key responsibilities

Apply HSES principles independently across offshore and on‑shore projects.
Balance field‑based tasks with administrative responsibilities.
Support the execution of subsea infrastructure, offshore platforms, and wind energy installations.
Contribute to safe and sustainable delivery of energy products.

Required profile

Strong conceptual understanding of HSES concepts.
Ability to work autonomously and make decisions.
Comfortable operating in a dynamic, field‑oriented environment.
