About the role
The HSES Specialist applies conceptual knowledge of Health, Safety, Environment and Security (HSES) and operates with a high degree of autonomy. The role blends field‑based activities with business administrative duties in a fast‑moving energy environment.
Key responsibilities
- Apply HSES principles independently across offshore and on‑shore projects.
- Balance field‑based tasks with administrative responsibilities.
- Support the execution of subsea infrastructure, offshore platforms, and wind energy installations.
- Contribute to safe and sustainable delivery of energy products.
Required profile
- Strong conceptual understanding of HSES concepts.
- Ability to work autonomously and make decisions.
- Comfortable operating in a dynamic, field‑oriented environment.
