Human Resources Generalist

About the role

YOOCHA MATCHA™ is expanding its team and seeks a Talent Acquisition Specialist to drive recruitment across all departments. You will work from our modern Dubai Silicon Oasis office, collaborating closely with hiring managers to understand and fulfill their talent needs.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for multiple functions, from interns to managers.
• Source candidates via LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, networking and social media.
• Screen applications, shortlist profiles and coordinate interview schedules.
• Administer candidate assessments and maintain a robust talent pipeline.
• Represent YOOCHA MATCHA™ at industry and recruitment events.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience, preferably in F&B or hospitality.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Currently residing in the UAE and able to start immediately.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Proficiency in using Indeed for candidate sourcing.
