About the role
The Human Resources Specialist will lead daily HR operations for a luxury real‑estate firm in Dubai, ensuring compliance, employee satisfaction, and effective talent acquisition.
Key responsibilities
- Manage HR policies, employee benefits, and personnel administration.
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Support a positive workplace culture and employee engagement.
- Source, screen, and hire top‑performing real‑estate professionals.
- Handle multiple vacancies, meet hiring targets, and conduct candidate assessments.
- Oversee onboarding processes and documentation.
Required profile
- Minimum 3 years of recruitment experience in the UAE real‑estate sector.
- Fluent in Arabic and English (written and spoken).
- Strong network of agents, brokers, and property consultants.
- In‑depth knowledge of UAE labour laws and employment regulations.
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage several openings simultaneously.
