Job description

Key responsibilities

Install, maintain, troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems and equipment.
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance.
Diagnose electrical, mechanical and refrigeration-related HVAC issues.
Monitor system performance and ensure efficient operation.
Handle AC units, chillers, ventilation and related equipment.
Maintain service records and report technical issues.
Ensure compliance with safety and maintenance standards.
Coordinate with the facilities/maintenance team for timely resolution of breakdowns.
