Key responsibilities
- Install, maintain, troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems and equipment.
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance.
- Diagnose electrical, mechanical and refrigeration-related HVAC issues.
- Monitor system performance and ensure efficient operation.
- Handle AC units, chillers, ventilation and related equipment.
- Maintain service records and report technical issues.
- Ensure compliance with safety and maintenance standards.
- Coordinate with the facilities/maintenance team for timely resolution of breakdowns.
