I&C Commissioning Lead – 12 Month Contract in Abu Dhabi

About the role

The I&C Commissioning Lead will oversee the pre‑commissioning, commissioning and startup phases for major oil and gas projects in Abu Dhabi. This 12‑month contract starts on 15 September 2026 and involves leading a team of technicians on the Ruwais site.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate all I&C pre‑commissioning, commissioning and startup activities.
• Manage site technicians to ensure safe and timely execution of tasks.
• Monitor progress against schedule, quality standards and budget.
• Ensure compliance with UAE labour law and project specifications.

Required profile

• Minimum 15 years of I&C commissioning experience on large oil and gas projects.
• At least 5 years of site‑leadership experience in the Middle East.
• Degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
