About the role
Aldar Education is seeking an Inclusion Teacher on a maternity‑cover basis starting January 2027. The role focuses on delivering high‑quality, inclusive lessons that inspire curiosity, creativity and personal development for all students.
Key responsibilities
- Plan and deliver inclusive, play‑based lessons that meet curriculum standards.
- Promote inclusion across the classroom and school, collaborating with support staff.
- Assess SEN students, develop Individual Education Plans and coordinate interventions.
- Maintain accurate records, use Target Tracker for assessment data and inform future planning.
- Engage with parents, therapists and other professionals to support student wellbeing.
Required profile
- BA in Special Education, Education or Psychology with PGCE or equivalent teaching qualification.
- Minimum 1–2 years of teaching experience, preferably with EAL learners.
- Clean enhanced DBS/Police check and residency in the same Emirate as the school.
- Commitment to whole‑child education and participation in extracurricular activities.
