Income Auditor

About the role

FIVE Hotels and Resorts is looking for a tech‑driven Income Auditor to join its Finance team. You will combine operational knowledge of front‑office, F&B and nightlife services with advanced data analytics, automation and AI tools to protect revenue and improve profitability across our luxury properties.

Key responsibilities

• Perform end‑to‑end audits of revenue streams from rooms, packages, upgrades, F&B outlets and nightlife events.
• Identify, quantify and recover revenue leakages using data‑driven techniques.
• Develop and maintain automated audit dashboards and reports in Power BI.
• Collaborate with operations teams to implement corrective actions and improve controls.
• Continuously enhance audit processes through AI‑based analysis and automation tools.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of experience in income or revenue audit within hospitality.
• Strong analytical mindset with high commercial awareness.
• Detail‑oriented, proactive and comfortable working in a fast‑paced, luxury environment.
• Excellent communication skills to influence cross‑functional stakeholders.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel (pivot tables, Power Query, data modelling).
• Power BI for dashboard creation and automation.
• Experience with automation tools and practical AI data‑analysis applications.
• Familiarity with Micros POS, PMS systems, SAP and OTA platforms.
