Integrity Engineer – MERAM Team (Habshan 5 & Sulphur)

About the role

The Integrity Engineer will support the MERAM Integrity Team in managing the integrity of Habshan 5 and Sulphur facilities. You will coordinate procedures, maintain the Integrity Management System (IMS), and ensure compliance with KPI‑driven plans.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate implementation and maintenance of the IMS database and related applications.
• Develop and update procedures for IMS reporting, auditing, and risk assessment.
• Gather and verify data from Integrity, Maintenance, Inspection, and Operations units before database entry.
• Issue, review, and update the written Integrity Management Plan (IMP) for all facilities.
• Inspect new plants, equipment, and structures to ensure they meet specifications before site dispatch.
• Monitor technical integrity of plant equipment, flag overdue inspections, critical recommendations, and failures.
• Identify integrity issues, coordinate resolutions, and recommend preventive measures.
• Follow up on approved recommendations through site visits to verify implementation.

Required profile

• Engineering degree or equivalent technical qualification.
• Experience in asset integrity, reliability, or related fields.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to work across multiple disciplines.

Required skills

• Familiarity with Integrity Management Systems (IMS) and Integrity Management Plans (IMP).
• Data gathering, quality checking, and database management.
• Risk assessment and threat analysis for pipeline segments.
