International Field Service Representative – Remote

About the role

Motorola Solutions is seeking an International Field Service Representative to join the Silvus team. Working 100% remotely, you will collaborate with global customers and internal experts to deliver tailored communication solutions based on Silvus’s advanced MIMO radio and mesh networking technology.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct technical demonstrations of Silvus multi‑antenna MIMO radios and mesh networks for international customers.
• Provide on‑site and remote support, troubleshooting, and training to ensure successful deployment.
• Assist the sales team with solution design, product positioning, and customer presentations.
• Gather feedback from field deployments to influence future product development.
• Report directly to the Senior Sales Engineer and coordinate with cross‑functional teams.

Required profile

• Strong technical background in wireless communication systems.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
• Self‑motivated and comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment.
• Willingness to travel internationally when required.
