International Sales Agent – Real Estate

About the role

Metropolitan Capital Real Estate is seeking an International Sales Agent based in Abu Dhabi to drive property sales across the UAE market. You will work with a high‑performing marketing team, receive pre‑qualified leads and enjoy full back‑office support, allowing you to focus on closing deals and building client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with buyers and investors throughout the sales cycle.
• Consistently follow up on leads to meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
• Guide clients through property viewings, negotiations, contracts and final settlement.
• Participate in networking events and market activities to expand the client base.
• Deliver a premium service experience that generates repeat business and referrals.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year proven real‑estate sales experience in the Abu Dhabi market.
• In‑depth knowledge of UAE property trends and regulations.
• Excellent command of English; additional languages (Persian, Chinese, European) are a plus.
• Valid UAE driving licence.
• Demonstrated track record of closing deals and high client satisfaction.
