Real Estate Agent – European Market Specialist

About the role

Metropolitan Capital Real Estate is seeking a dynamic Real Estate Agent to serve European‑speaking clients in Abu Dhabi. You will guide buyers, sellers, and investors through the local market, ensuring a seamless experience from property viewings to transaction completion.

Key responsibilities

• Assist European‑speaking clients in buying, selling, and investing in Abu Dhabi real estate.
• Provide expert advice on luxury properties, investment opportunities, and market trends.
• Help clients secure Golden Visas through property purchases.
• Utilise multilingual abilities to build strong relationships with international clients.
• Conduct property viewings, negotiate terms, and manage end‑to‑end transaction processes.
• Stay updated on industry developments, regulatory changes, and emerging market trends.
• Implement innovative marketing strategies targeting European audiences.
• Collaborate with developers, legal professionals, and internal teams to optimise client experiences and achieve sales targets.

Required profile

• Fluency in one or more European languages (e.g., French, German, Spanish, Italian) with proficient English.
• Strong knowledge of Abu Dhabi’s real estate market, including key neighborhoods and developments.
• Understanding of UAE property laws, contracts, and investment processes.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred.
• UAE driving licence and access to transportation – a plus.
• Valid UAE real estate licence – a plus.
