Inventory Assistant – Hospitality Stock Management

About the role

IIQAF Group is looking for a detail‑oriented Inventory Assistant to support inventory control and stock management within its hospitality operations in Dubai. The role involves receiving, inspecting, recording, storing and issuing a wide range of hotel and restaurant supplies while maintaining accurate stock levels.

Key responsibilities

• Receive and verify incoming goods, supplies, food items, beverages and housekeeping materials against purchase orders, delivery notes and invoices.
• Inspect items for quantity, quality, damage, expiry dates and correct specifications.
• Count and reconcile physical inventory accurately and record all receipts, issues, transfers, returns and adjustments in the inventory system.
• Coordinate with purchasing, suppliers, warehouse staff, kitchen, housekeeping and F&B teams to meet inventory requirements.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly inventory and stock reports.
• Identify variances, shortages, damages, wastage and potential losses.
• Maintain clean, organized and secure storage areas in line with company standards and safety procedures.
• Support inventory supervisors and warehouse teams with general stock control and administrative duties.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Previous experience as an Inventory Assistant, Stock Clerk, Warehouse Assistant or similar role.
• Experience in hospitality, hotel, restaurant or retail inventory management is preferred.
