IT Executive

About the role

The client in Dubai is seeking an IT Executive to manage daily IT infrastructure, provide end‑user technical support, and maintain corporate digital assets. This full‑time position involves desktop troubleshooting, network connectivity management, software deployment, system health monitoring, and website maintenance.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver day‑to‑day desktop technical support, resolving hardware, software and application issues.
• Diagnose and repair LAN, Wi‑Fi, printer and other IT infrastructure connectivity problems.
• Maintain and update the company website, manage domain configurations and perform backend tasks.
• Perform routine system updates, data backups, workstation setups and hardware performance checks.
• Document technical resolutions, maintain equipment inventories and support internal teams.

Required profile

• Degree or Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field.
• Practical UAE experience in an IT support role.
• Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems, networking protocols and hardware assembly.
• Ability to configure software, manage website tools and communicate technical information effectively.
