IT Project Coordinator

About the role

Scalefiniti AI is seeking an IT Project Coordinator to lead AI‑focused technology projects from planning through delivery. The role bridges technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring projects stay on schedule, risks are managed, and client expectations are met.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate IT and AI projects, defining timelines, milestones, dependencies and deliverables.
• Work closely with engineers, consultants and client stakeholders to keep initiatives moving forward.
• Track progress, identify risks and blockers early, and implement mitigation actions.
• Facilitate meetings, document decisions, responsibilities and deadlines.
• Translate technical discussions into clear business updates for clients and senior leaders.
• Maintain project documentation, reports, action items and project‑management systems.
• Support resource planning across multiple concurrent projects.
• Communicate directly with clients to align expectations, requirements and deliverables.
• Contribute to improving delivery processes, documentation and internal playbooks.
• Stay current with AI tools, automation, data technologies and related developments.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, Information Systems or a related technical field.
• Previous experience in an IT consulting, technology or software services environment.
• Proven experience coordinating or managing IT/technology projects.
• Comfortable working with engineers, developers and technical consultants.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, especially with clients and business stakeholders.
• Excellent organizational and follow‑through abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities and deadlines simultaneously.
