IT Project Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead end‑to‑end delivery of web and software projects for our Dubai office. The role involves translating business requirements into actionable plans, coordinating cross‑functional teams, and ensuring timely, high‑quality releases.

Key responsibilities

• Manage projects from requirements gathering and scope definition through development, testing and production release.
• Work closely with clients and senior stakeholders to translate business needs into clear functional specifications.
• Create and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones and priorities.
• Break requirements into structured tasks and manage delivery through Jira.
• Coordinate developers, designers, QA and other technical stakeholders.
• Manage project priorities, dependencies, risks and delivery timelines.
• Oversee QA, regression testing, UAT and release readiness.
• Plan and coordinate production releases and deployment activities.
• Conduct regular status meetings and provide clear progress updates.
• Maintain project documentation, meeting records, release notes and delivery reports.
• Act as primary liaison between clients and internal technical teams.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience in IT Project Management or a related technology delivery role.
• Proven experience managing web, mobile, SaaS or software development projects.
• Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle.
• Hands‑on experience with Agile methodologies such as Kanban or Scrum.
• Experience gathering requirements and producing functional specifications.
