IT Specialist Associate

About the role

The IT Specialist Associate will be the primary ICT point of contact for the branch, ensuring the availability, security and resilience of all ICT systems and infrastructure. Working closely with Intesa Sanpaolo IT teams in the UAE and Head Office, you will support daily operations and coordinate local ICT projects.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and update the branch ICT environment, ensuring hardware and software performance.
• Provide first‑level troubleshooting and coordinate escalations with Head Office ICT departments.
• Support critical AS400 procedures, including SIRE, Safewatch and Swift Alliance.
• Assist in the setup, testing and management of Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery plans for primary and secondary sites.
• Manage application access, enforce internal ICT security standards and support audits.
• Deliver ICT support for business activities such as videoconferencing and telecommunications.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of relevant IT experience.
• University degree in a related discipline.
• Good command of English.
• Proficiency with MS Office applications.
