IT Support Engineer – MENA Region

About the role

Brain Co. is looking for an IT Support Engineer to serve its fast‑growing MENA team. You will be the first line of IT operations, handling help‑desk tickets, onboarding and off‑boarding, and supporting corporate security programs.

Key responsibilities

• Provide first‑line hardware, software and account support for a 70+ person team across macOS and Windows, both on‑site and remotely.
• Own end‑to‑end Day 1 onboarding: create accounts, provision devices, manage Okta provisioning and coordinate with HR.
• Execute off‑boarding procedures: disable accounts, revoke access, recover equipment and maintain audit‑ready logs for SOC 2.
• Manage the access‑request queue, fulfilling approved requests within a 2‑hour SLA and routing Tier 2/3 issues.
• Support conference‑room AV equipment and maintain office network connectivity across MENA locations.
• Act as the primary IT point‑of‑contact for remote MENA offices, handling new‑hire setup and hardware logistics.

Required profile

• 2 + years of IT support or help‑desk experience, preferably in a startup environment.
• Hands‑on experience with Okta provisioning, group management and SSO troubleshooting.
• Proven ability to run onboarding and off‑boarding workflows with a strong security mindset.
• Highly organized, dependable and able to juggle multiple open requests without dropping the ball.
• Clear communication skills for non‑technical employees and the ability to work independently.
