IT Technician – Khebraty

About the role

We are looking for a proactive IT Technician (Khebraty) to join our team at Al Maha Arjaan by Rotana in Abu Dhabi. You will be the first point of contact for all hardware, software and telephone system issues, ensuring smooth technology operations for our guests and staff.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain the operation and security of all computer hardware.
• Serve as primary contact for servicing computers, printers, telephones and interactive systems.
• Maintain inventory of office and computer supplies.
• Update hardware and software logs according to departmental procedures.
• Document hardware configurations, inventory and telephone system settings.
• Perform repairs and maintenance on PCs, printers, telephones, key‑lock systems and related equipment.
• Manage user access requests and authorizations for Windows 2000, Email, Opera, Micros and Novell.
• Respond promptly to user requests and provide effective technical support.

Required profile

• Degree in Information Technology or a related field.
• Previous experience in a similar IT support role, preferably in a hospitality environment.
• Strong command of English.
• Ability to diagnose, troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues.
• Self‑motivated, adaptable and able to work calmly under pressure.
