Director of Technical Program Management

About the role

This senior leadership position drives pre‑sales strategy, deployment governance, and enterprise platform positioning to align sales, delivery capacity and scalable implementation models across global customer engagements.

Key responsibilities

• Define and drive pre‑sales platform positioning, reference implementation strategy and ensure sales motions align with delivery capacity.
• Establish enterprise deployment standards across public SaaS, private tenant and managed application frameworks, including readiness criteria and exception processes.
• Own portfolio‑level delivery performance, risk management and revenue retention by creating global governance frameworks and escalation procedures.
• Build executive relationships with strategic accounts, guarantee measurable ROI, operational impact and data lineage verification.
• Design and scale the technical engagement operating model, delineate roles between Solution Architects, TPMs and Support, and grow a TPM organization with cloud and integration expertise.
• Partner with Product and Engineering leadership to feed real‑world deployment insights into roadmap prioritisation.
• Develop dashboards tracking deployment success, time‑to‑value, NPS, renewal and expansion metrics, and use insights for continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Proven record of balancing enterprise revenue growth with delivery risk and regulatory exposure.
• Deep understanding of global enterprise operating environments and large‑scale data integration projects.
• Experience leading and managing senior leaders, defining strategy, accountability and organisational structure.
• Strong written, presentation and verbal communication skills, with ability to explain technical concepts to non‑technical audiences.
• Outstanding organisational abilities and experience with complex enterprise software implementations.
