IVF Consultant – Reproductive Medicine Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a highly qualified IVF Consultant to join a leading fertility centre in Dubai. The role involves delivering comprehensive reproductive care, developing individualized treatment plans and overseeing assisted reproductive technology cycles for patients.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct fertility consultations and reproductive health assessments.
• Diagnose and manage male and female infertility and related disorders.
• Design and implement individualized treatment plans, including IVF, ICSI, IUI and ovulation induction.
• Perform follicular monitoring, coordinate ovarian stimulation protocols, and carry out oocyte retrieval and embryo transfer when qualified.
• Guide patients through pre‑treatment, treatment and post‑procedure phases, providing counseling on options, success rates and risks.
• Collaborate with embryologists, fertility nurses, sonographers and other specialists, and coordinate with urologists/andrologists for male infertility cases.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and participate in audits, quality improvement and CME activities.

Required profile

• MBBS or equivalent medical degree.
• Postgraduate qualification in Obstetrics & Gynecology (MD/MS/DNB/MRCOG/FRCOG) with a fellowship or advanced training in Reproductive Medicine.
• Minimum three years of post‑specialisation experience, including consultant‑level work in IVF and ART.
• Proven ability to manage complex infertility cases and multidisciplinary teams.
