Job Controller – Workshop Scheduling

About the role

The Job Controller ensures that repair jobs are allocated efficiently across production lines, supporting the workshop’s profitability and safety standards. Reporting to the Workshop Controller and Manager, the role balances workload, monitors progress and upholds quality management procedures.

Key responsibilities

• Execute assigned jobs following work standards and company policies.
• Maintain a safe, clean service environment and enforce discipline.
• Coordinate daily activities with the Workshop Controller to guarantee smooth operations.
• Plan and adjust repair schedules in collaboration with the Manager.
• Update and monitor job scheduling and progress control to meet on‑time delivery targets.
• Keep electronic and paper records of completed service work per QMS SOP.
• Participate in continuous improvement and health‑safety initiatives.

Required profile

• Degree or Diploma in any field.
• 3‑5 years of experience in a reputable workshop in a similar role.
• Certified Master B&P Advisor or Technician.
• Fluent spoken Arabic and proficient computer skills.
