Junior Chef – Cloud Kitchen

About the role

We are looking for a Junior Chef to join a new Dubai‑based cloud kitchen and juice delivery business. This hands‑on junior‑level role offers full training on kitchen operations, recipes, preparation methods and processes.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare fresh juices, smoothies and basic beverages following standard recipes.
• Perform basic food preparation and assemble simple menu items.
• Wash, cut and portion fruits, vegetables and other ingredients.
• Follow recipes and preparation instructions accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen and preparation areas.
• Ensure proper storage of ingredients and prepared items.
• Assist with packing and checking orders before dispatch.
• Keep basic kitchen equipment and utensils clean and in good condition.
• Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards at all times.
• Support the kitchen team with daily preparation and other assigned tasks.

Required profile

• Around 1 year of experience in a kitchen, juice bar, café, restaurant or cloud kitchen (preferred) or freshers with basic practical kitchen knowledge.
• Basic knowledge of juice, smoothie or beverage preparation.
• Fundamental food preparation and knife‑handling skills.
• Willingness to learn and be trained on company recipes and processes.
• Good personal hygiene and cleanliness practices.
• Reliable, punctual and comfortable working in a fast‑paced kitchen environment.
• Basic English communication skills.
• Availability to work shifts, weekends and public holidays when required.
