Junior Digital Marketing Executive

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Junior Digital Marketing Executive to support and coordinate our daily digital and e‑commerce activities. Reporting to the Marketing Manager and CEO, you will ensure smooth execution of campaigns across multiple channels while managing relationships with external partners.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, schedule and publish content on Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn; respond to DMs, comments and customer inquiries.
• Coordinate with freelance designers and manage UGC relationships to deliver on‑brand assets.
• Serve as primary contact for performance‑marketing agencies, freelancers and content creators, sharing briefs, timelines and feedback.
• Support new product launches, aligning promotions across Careem, Noon, Talabat and Amazon and updating campaign assets.
• Maintain and update the Shopify website (EN/AR), upload products, manage offers, banners and basic SEO.
• Execute email campaigns using Klaviyo and WhatsApp campaigns via Zoko, ensuring proper scheduling and delivery.
• Collaborate on packaging initiatives, coordinating internal and external teams for rollout.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing or e‑commerce.
• Basic knowledge of Shopify and major social media platforms.
• Strong organizational and communication abilities, able to manage multiple stakeholders.
• Fluent writing skills in both Arabic and English.
• Experience working with agencies, freelancers or external partners.
