Marketing Manager – Luxury Hospitality

About the role

Join the dynamic marketing team of FIVE Hotels and Resorts, a leading luxury hospitality brand, as a Marketing Manager. You will drive innovative social‑media campaigns and brand storytelling to showcase the group’s award‑winning food, beverage, and event concepts.

Key responsibilities

• Create compelling, visually striking social‑media content for food, beverage, and event promotions.
• Manage social‑media calendars, support photoshoots, write copy for scheduled posts, and capture live event stories.
• Respond to guest comments and reviews across all online platforms, coordinating with internal teams to ensure five‑star service.
• Identify and engage relevant influencers, facilitating collaborations to expand brand reach.
• Upload approved blog articles and brief graphic designers on visual assets.
• Liaise with public relations and other departments to align messaging.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications or related field (preferred).
• Proven experience in a marketing role, preferably within hospitality or luxury brands.
• Strong attention to detail, proactive attitude, and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
