Marketing Assistant – Social Media & Video Content

About the role

The Marketing Assistant will support Clemenceau Group’s brand visibility across its business‑setup and real‑estate divisions in Dubai. You will create engaging video and visual content, manage social media channels, and assist with campaigns and events to strengthen the company’s market presence.

Key responsibilities

• Create and edit high‑quality videos for Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube and other platforms.
• Design marketing materials and visual assets for various business units.
• Plan, schedule and publish social‑media content across multiple channels.
• Assist in the planning and execution of advertising and marketing campaigns.
• Organise events, workshops, exhibitions and networking activities.
• Write and manage newsletters and email‑marketing campaigns.
• Monitor digital trends and identify new content opportunities.

Required profile

• Fluency in both French and English (mandatory).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
• Highly organized, proactive and able to work independently.

Required skills

• Proficiency with video‑editing tools such as CapCut or Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Strong knowledge of major social‑media platforms and digital‑marketing tools.
