About the role
The Junior Procurement Executive will support the sourcing of materials and services for construction, real‑estate and facilities‑management projects across the UAE. Reporting to senior procurement staff, you will help ensure that project requirements are met on time and within budget.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and source required construction and building materials from UAE suppliers.
- Obtain and evaluate quotations, prepare purchase orders and track order status.
- Coordinate with suppliers and contractors to confirm delivery schedules and resolve issues.
- Maintain accurate procurement records and monitor order progress.
- Support cost‑effective purchasing decisions through market research and price analysis.
Required profile
- 1–3 years of procurement experience in the UAE, preferably within real‑estate, construction, fit‑out or facilities‑management sectors.
- Strong communication, follow‑up and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
Required skills
- Proficiency with MS Office applications.
- Experience using ERP systems for procurement processes.
