Junior Recruiter – Real Estate

About the role

Land Sterling, a leading real‑estate advisory firm in the UAE, is seeking a motivated Junior Recruiter to join its People Team in Dubai. You will focus on attracting and hiring real‑estate agents and brokers while also supporting recruitment for other business units.

Key responsibilities

• Source, screen and interview candidates for real‑estate agent and broker positions.
• Utilise LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, social media and direct outreach to build a talent pipeline.
• Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers and the People Team.
• Assist with recruitment for other service lines such as valuations, project management, finance and operations when needed.

Required profile

• Enthusiastic about recruitment with a strong interest in the Dubai real‑estate market.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced, international environment.
