Kids Club Attendant – Resort Hospitality

About the role

The InterContinental Fujairah Resort is seeking a friendly and energetic Kids Club Attendant to create a safe, fun, and welcoming environment for young guests. You will be the primary point of contact for children and their families, delivering engaging activities that reflect the resort’s high standards of service and safety.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome children and families, manage registration and sign‑in/sign‑out procedures.
• Supervise children at all times, ensuring their safety, wellbeing, and comfort.
• Plan and deliver age‑appropriate games, crafts, educational and recreational activities.
• Communicate with parents, respond to guest requests, and provide personalized service.
• Support revenue‑generating Kids Club programs and process payments accurately.
• Clean, sanitize, and store toys, equipment, and activity materials after use.
• Follow all resort SOPs, safety procedures, and brand standards.
• Perform other reasonable duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a similar role, preferably within a hotel or resort environment.
• Relevant qualifications or training in child care, hospitality, or related fields.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a genuine passion for working with children.
