Key responsibilities

• Plan and lead daily activities, games and themed events for children.
• Ensure a safe and welcoming environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
• Collaborate with other resort departments to integrate children’s programs with overall guest services.
• Supervise and mentor junior staff, providing guidance during shifts.
• Maintain activity logs and report any incidents promptly.
